ATLANTA, Georgia – January 15, 2019 – Q2 Earth announced today that William (Bill) Kish has joined the company as Vice President – Operations and Business Development. In this position, Bill will lead the company’s product development efforts, drive product sales, and manage the transition of operations at the company’s Austin facility.
Bill brings extensive experience in the development and operation of composting facilities to his role at Q2Earth. His expertise extends to the development and marketing of compost and engineered soils products. “With his knowledge of the composting industry and his experience building compost derived end products, Bill will help deliver the operational efficiencies and end-product management strategies necessary for Q2Earth to become a top compost and soil company throughout North America,” said Kevin Bolin, Chairman and CEO of Q2Earth.
Prior to joining Q2Earth, Bill served as Director of Business Development at Ecoverse, where he was responsible for the development of new projects in the anaerobic digestion, composting, recycling and food waste markets. Bill was responsible for providing recycling facility inspections with detailed performance and operational upgrades outlined.
Bill has served in an operational capacity at Compost America, Nature’s Choice and McGill Environmental. He has designed, permitted and constructed windrow, aerated static pile and in-vessel systems compost facilities. Bill has developed compost, mulch and engineered soils markets along with educational compost awareness programs.
Bill holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Dayton, Ohio.
